Important Information

There is a service fee for processing payment(s) online or over the phone. The total charge amount will be displayed prior to submitting the payment. To make a payment by phone, please call (706) 983-4019 Mon - Fri 8am - 8pm and Sat - Sun 10am - 2pm EST.

Once you have submitted your payment, you will receive an email letting you know if your payment has been accepted or rejected.

If you were issued multiple citations at the time you were stopped/charged you are required to pay the TOTAL AMOUNT of ALL citations at the SAME TIME. Partial payments will not be processed or completed until the fine amount is paid in FULL. The clerk of court has the right to reject any payment and you will be notified by E-mail as to why the payment was rejected.You will not be required to attend court if your fines(s) payment has been accepted. You must appear in court if the fine(s) have not been paid and accepted prior to the day of court!
